Refund policy

The most important thing for Fajas Fantasy is to comply with the standard of the garment that is selected, offering quality products, carefully selected for customer satisfaction; but we understand that in some cases returns may occur due to color or size selected. If, on the other hand, you want a partial or total refund of the money, this will be done within a maximum of 2 months, which will be visible on your card used for the original transaction. Please read our return policy carefully below in case you consider it necessary to exchange the item.

Conditions to take into account:

The products must be in perfect condition.
- As these are products for intimate use, to make the exchange the garment must not have been used or altered from its original state and must retain the delivery conditions such as label and packaging.
- The garment must be in the same conditions in which it was received, that is, without cuts, threads, floors, with the strips, hooks and accessories included in the product.
- Exchanges for products of the same value, once processed, there will be no additional charge or refund.
- Exchanges for a lower priced item, the difference will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction. Please allow 14 business days for this amount to reflect in your account.
- For sash exchanges for a higher price, it will be necessary to return the item(s) and place a new order.
- The clothes in the outlet do not have change, since they are products that have a special discount.
- It is essential to present the original purchase payment receipt when making an exchange or guarantee if the purchase was made in our physical store.

Returns:

- United States Returns: Every return or exchange made for items purchased in the United States is 100% FREE.
- Returns from other countries: Shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping cost is paid by the customer. For exchanges, the customer pays for return shipping and Fajas Fantasy pays for shipping the new item to the customer.

IMPORTANT

- In case they have to return in exceptional cases, the reshipping fee must be borne by the customer.
- The products that are for final sale have no changes.
